Specifications
The 37WCA6 is an 18" x 18" 1 sided yellow caution print universal hazmat absorbent pillow that is used to absorb most oils, acids, bases, water-based liquids, and other unknown solvents to prevent slips and falls from leaks and spills. Absorbent pillows are suitable for larger, heavy-duty spills and work well in tight spaces. The safety yellow color code allows for easy identification (warning of a hazardous liquid spill) and the "caution print" provides added visual prominence. These safety absorbent pillows are nearly lint-free and have a durable 1-sided spunbond cover stock. The strong spunbond layers are abrasion-resistant, which make the pillows suitable for high foot traffic areas. Spunbond sorbent pillows are applicable for various types of facilities, from hospitals/healthcare facilities to factories and schools. (Bundled 10 pillows per case)

Key benefits:
  • Made of polypropylene fibers and has a 1-sided spunbond cover with caution print that provides additional warning signs for danger zones
  • Quickly absorbs spills to keep floors dry
  • Great for floor coverage and larger spills
  • Almost entirely lint-free
  • Thicker and capable of absorbing more fluid than pads, absorbent pillows are great for absorbing large surface area spills, leaks in tight spaces, and heavy-duty containment
  • Hazmat (yellow color) rolls absorb oil, water, acid, bases, corrosives, and chemicals. This color signals health hazards are present and warns employees or customers to be cautious or wear protective gear.
  • Durable for high viscosity cleanups. Perfect for high traffic areas.

Material:

Polypropylene PlasticPolypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures. The Cary Company has an assortment of polypropylene plastics available for purchase, such as plastic caps and jars, which have a higher tolerance for chemical products.
