The 30BCWP are Champagne Wires (muselets) that help to secure corks to champagne bottles to prevent closures from popping out due to carbonation. Twist and tighten this wire hood to get it to fit perfectly over your cork. Wire twisters (sold separately) can be used to make the twisting easier.
