This rust preventative is a solvent cut-back, thin film preservative.  Ideal for use when parts have been processed through water solutions or exposed to high humidity.  It is practically odorless.

INVIROCO 2504-RP deposits a thin, transparent, light oil film after the solvent evaporates.  The coating is not easily disturbed during shipping and handling and possesses residual protective characteristics even if part of the compound is wiped or rubbed from the metal surface.  Due to surface-active ingredients, the coating will creep over uneven or unclean surfaces to insure a continuous film.  Thus it can be used on porous metals and parts with deep crevices insuring 100% coverage.

INVIROCO 2504-RP is to be used straight, do not cut back with solvent or water.
