Most samples are provided at no charge. In most cases you will be required to pay shipping by providing a UPS or Fed Ex Account#. If you do not have a UPS or Fed Ex account, then you will be required to pay shipping using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). This charge will be given as a credit if you decide to place an order for the product that was sampled.
Most samples ship within 2-3 days from the time the request was placed.
