Deep Pleated Liquid Cartridge Filter offer a cost effective approach to absolute filtration. They are available from 1 to 40 microns and offer 99% efficiency! The unique design provides a 35 square foot filter surface area and allows the pleated cartridge to fit inside any size 2 strainer basket. Several different filter media are pleated together in a single pleat element to provide for maximized dirt holding capacity and efficiency. One deep pleated cartridge is designed to replace anywhere from 5-20 standard bags.

The Deep Pleat Cartridges are designed to fit into existing baskets and provide O-Ring side-seal without any housing modifications. It is available in different filter media to meet chemical compatibility and industry standards.

It is recommended that the flow rate be at 30 GPM and pressure at a maximum of 25 PSID to achieve optimum performance while minimizing filtration costs.

**Pleated filter cartridges are designed to fit inside the basket top ring, and not lay on top of the basket lip as filter bags do.
