Our full line of universal and oil absorbent mats and pads come available in Meltblown, EverSoak™, or the new Coldform absorbent technology.

EverSoak™ brand absorbent pads are made with patent pending Q-Cel® technology, which utilizes recycled cellulose fibers to create superior absorbency, higher quality, and a more cost effective alternative than oil based polypropylene sorbents.

ColdForm™ technology is able to take pre-formed fibers, blend them and produce a non-woven web similar to the Meltblown process. This technology allows to process and blend any number of different fiber types thereby optimizing the performance of each type of product. Implementing the ColdForm™ line facilitates the production of sorbents with higher absorption rates than those of polypropylene meltblown sorbents. This production line is capable of producing over 8,000,000 pounds of unique sorbents.

Meltblown sorbents absorb or hold liquid on the surface of the fibers. The more fibers, the better the performance.

COLDFORM™ Fine Fiber Pads & Rolls Absorbent Pads

Our ColdForm™ line of fine fiber pads and rolls sets a new industry standard in this product category in terms of performance and value. This exceptional product line combines the benefits of meltblown fine fiber with the superior absorbency of the ColdForm™ non-woven core. Outer layers are made from small diameter densely woven polypropylene fibers. These layers are then bonded to a high-loft, highly absorbent ColdForm™ core that has been specifically optimized for universal or oil-only tasks. The end result is a product line that is more durable when compared to meltblown and far more absorbent. In comparison to other manufacturers' fine fiber or high-end MRO products, our ColdForm™ fine fiber product line-based on ASTM test standard 726-on average, absorbs better than competing products by 30%. Our fine fiber ColdForm™ pads and rolls are perforated for easy and exact use and are available in heavy and medium weights.

Our premium grade fine fiber meltblown sorbents have the highest absorbency of our meltblown family. Offering the best product consistency and uniformity available anywhere, our meltblown fine fiber sorbents are manufactured using state-of-the-art Exxon technology. Like all of our meltblown products, our fine fiber product line is made from the purest and highest quality American-made polypropylene. Outer layers are made from small diameter densely woven polypropylene fibers. These layers are then ultrasonically bonded to a high loft meltblown core. Pads and rolls are perforated for easy and exact use.

Sonic Bonded sorbents are constructed from a single layer of high-quality uniform polypropylene fibers. The fibers are then sonically bonded together for added strength and reduced linting. Pads and rolls are available in single, medium and heavy weights to suit a variety of spill control and industrial clean-up situations. All of our sonic bonded pads and rolls are perforated for easy and exact use.

ECO STANCE™ Anti-Fatigue Floor Mats (sorbent pads sold separately)

Eco Stance™ is one of the first anti-fatigue mats designed specifically for combined use with a sorbent pad in wet application environments where sorbent pads are often used to alleviate safety hazards. Made from a 100% Nitrile rubber compound, Eco Stance™ is a lightweight and economical solution - extremely resistant to chemicals, cutting fluids, oils and greases.
Performance Level = Best

• A molded bubble pattern on the surface of the mat provides cushioning comfort and aeration.
• Beveled borders allow for easy access on to and off the mat, while a recessed top surface acts as a tray that holds the sorbent pad and traps liquids.
• Molded pins on the raised bubbles holds the sorbent pad in place.
• Designed to comfortably accommodate a standard 30" wide sorbent pad (inside tray width: 32").

Sorb Stance™ is the first anti-fatigue mat designed specifically for combined use with a sorbent pad in environments where pooling liquids can create a safety hazard. Made from a 100% Nitrile rubber compound, Sorb Stance™ is extremely resistant to chemicals, cutting fluids, oils and greases commonly found where sorbent pads are used. This unique mat offers anti-fatigue relief utilizing a raised footing system design on the underside of the mat that provides cushioning comfort and aeration.

• Molded beveled borders allow for easy access on to and off the mat, while a recessed top surface acts as a tray that holds the sorbent pad in place and traps liquids.
• The tray top surface has a series of molded pins that grip and hold the sorbent pad in place.
• Designed to comfortably accommodate a standard 30" wide sorbent pad (inside tray width - 32").
