- Heavy duty injection molded commercial/industrial plastic ink containers provide better structural integrity and chemical resistance. High levels of black color concentrate; used in the molding process of these plastic ink containers, block UV light from curing the ink contents increasing shelf life. The thick wall construction provide additional barrier protection for UV and Standard (solvent based) inks. Commercial/Industrial plastic ink containers eliminate problems associated with denting and rust caused by water based UV inks. The (tapered) impact resistant plastic ink can design utilizes a "snap on tight" fitting lid, that locks on tight to ensure lids stay on during shipment. 5 lb. High Impact resistant Tapered Plastic Commercial / Industrial plastic ink containers have a unique snap on design that resist coming off even when dropped from heights of 5 ft.

Material:
High density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE works well in below freezing temperatures.
