88PEP
EPIpurge 88PEP is a 2.5% active proprietary blend specially designed for fast changeovers to clear natural resins. Changing from dark colors to clear natural resins and black speck removal is easily accomplished. EPIpurge 88PEP is formulated to eliminate white streaking which increases the efficiency of the purging process. It works in a wide temperature range of 350 - 725ºF to purge most thermoplastics.

EPIcell 402
Exothermic Chemical Foaming Agent
EPIcell 402 is a 25% azodicarbonamide concentrate compounded in a polyolefin carrier resin. It is intended for use in the production of cellular plastics in both injection molding and extrusion applications. EPIcell 402 is permitted for use in food contact applications. Most polyolefins can be foamed with EPIcell 402.

EPIcor 456

For PC, PET and PPS Injection Molding Applications
EPIcor 456 is a 30% active endothermic chemical foaming agent concentrate designed for foamed polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene terephtalate (PET), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and other high temperature applications. EPIs unique compounding technology is used to incorporate the foaming agent in a high temperature compatible resin carrier. EPIcor 456 produces a uniform fine cell structure and better surface without degradation of the resin. Although it is not required, EPIcor 456 can be dried as high as 275º F.
