68WA4U is a 1 gallon amber high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic round jug with a 38mm (38-400) neck finish. Industrial round jugs are ideal for carrying and pouring due to the handle near the mouth of the jug, and there is ample room for labeling as it has a label panel. Made from chemical resistant and impact resistant HDPE, this round jug is great for industrial solutions such as a floor cleaner or degreaser. The UN 4G reshipper carton is constructed from strong 350#/ECT-51 doublewall kraft corrugated. The 68WARG child resistant cap is sold separately and required to meet UN Rating specifications.

Material:

High-Density Polyethylene PlasticHigh density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE plastic has moderate heat tolerance, with a melting point ranging from 120°F-180°F depending on the product and application. Testing is recommended. HDPE also generally works well in below freezing temperatures.
