The 68W4FF is a 1 gallon HDPE F-Style bottle that has been fluorinated at level 5 treatment. F-style bottles feature a handle near the opening on top and are therefore ideal for carrying and pouring. The bottle's rectangular body and base make it space efficient for shipping and shelving. This sturdy HDPE bottle is ideal for packaging industrial solutions such as cleaning, gardening, and automotive chemicals, but also bulk liquids for the food industry. Fluorination helps prevent container paneling and distortion and reduces chemical permeation, weight loss, odor emission and flavor or fragrance loss.

Material:

High-Density Polyethylene PlasticHigh density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE plastic has moderate heat tolerance, with a melting point ranging from 120°F-180°F depending on the product and application. Testing is recommended. HDPE also generally works well in below freezing temperatures.
