This 1 gallon (128 fl. oz.) square plastic jug has a 38mm (38-400) neck finish and is made of durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE). This UN rated container features a handle on top, near the opening, for easy transport and pouring. The square body and base make it a space-efficient option when storing and shipping. This white bottle is ideal for packaging cleaning and gardening solutions, automotive chemicals, and more. The UN 4G reshipper carton is constructed of durable ECT-55 single-ply kraft corrugated material. Cardboard dividers, made of ECT-40 kraft corrugated material, are also included.

Material:

High-Density Polyethylene PlasticHigh density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE works well in below freezing temperatures. HDPE heat compatibility varies. Maximum fill temperature is generally around 145°F; however, testing is recommended with your specific product and application.
