10" x 20" x 1" Aluminum Washable Grease Filter

This 10" x 20" grease filter is made of sturdy aluminum. Two layers of roll formed vertical baffles are specially designed to collect grease into the filter's collection trough and minimize the chance of flames passing through duct work. The 1" deep metal filter has a maximum operating temperature of 250° F (121° C) and can be cleaned with a high pressure washer or steam cleaner. Rust-resistant, this long-lasting filter meets NFPA Standard 96.

What is NFPA Standard 96?

Standard 96, developed by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), states the minimum fire safety requirements (preventative and operative), related to the design, installation, operation, inspection and maintenance of cooking operations to capture, contain and control grease-laden cooking effluent. Kitchen equipment, such as grease filters, that adhere to these fire-prevention standards are voluntarily tested by the manufacturer to ensure conformance.
