This 118 gallon stainless steel jacketed IBC tank is primarily used in the fruit prep and brewery industries, though it also has applications in the chemical industry. It includes a jacket (double stainless steel wall) for temperature control with glycol, steam, or water. The 2-bar (30 PSI) pressure helps maintain aseptic conditions while allowing for pressure-assisted emptying. The welds, finish, and discharge are all 100% EU food-grade certified, ensuring top quality. For stability even on sloped flooring, the tank features adjustable front feet.

Material:

Stainless steel 304 (SS304) has excellent corrosion resistance and weldability. SS304 has an oxidation resistance of 1600°F for intermittent service and 1690°F for continuous service.
