This InteliHeat® gas bottle heating jacket class I division 2 is made of a black nylon fabric outer layer and a high-temperature silicone-coated glass cloth inner layer. These jackets are typically used for the Type K gas cylinder with a 9" diameter. It is fitted with a 158°F preset thermostat, has a 27"-32.5" circumference x 48" H, and a 6" adjustable collar at the top. It has 120 Volts, 800 Watts, a 16ft. cable, and is ETL approved to UL and CSA standards. Chemically resistant, silicone-coated glass cloth outer surface reduces heat loss and increases efficiency while protecting the operator. Warming blanket quickly yet gently heats cylinder tanks to maintain proper pressure and optimize tank efficiency, while preventing freezing in cold environments. Please note, jackets are transitioning to orange safety straps, but you may receive a jacket with the previous black straps until old inventory is depleted.

Strong and durable InteliHeat® gas bottle heating jacket is certified for use in Class I Division 2 Zones and is ETL approved to UL & CSA standards. These jackets are typically used for the Type K gas cylinder with a 9" diameter. Warming blanket quickly yet gently heats cylinder tanks to maintain proper pressure and optimize tank efficiency, while preventing freezing in cold environments. Flexible material and large surface area deliver optimum heat while minimizing the possibility of damage to the cylinder. It has 120 Volts, 800 Watts and is fitted with a 158°F preset thermostat, has a 27"-32.5" circumference x 48" H, 6" adjustable collar at the top, and a 16ft. cable.
