This black ribbed, matte top is a continuous thread plastic cap that contains an universal HIS liner. This closure is made of polypropylene (PP) plastic and fits our 120-400 bottles and jars. The ribbed-sided design allows for ease of use when removing lid. Heat induction liners are a popular choice when a tamper evident air tight seal is needed. It also works well with liquid products.

HSP-5F/10 is a as a one-piece, paper backed, induction heat seal that gives a peelable bond to Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP). Polyester (PET), Polystyrene (PS), Vinyl (PVC) and glass containers.

Material:

Polypropylene PlasticPolypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.
