This 12" x 24" medium duty disposable carbon air filter delivers MERV 8 performance, effectively targeting odors and airborne contaminants such as food smells, pet odors, sewer gases, hospital disinfectants, and asphalt fumes. The CarbonWeb® is a carbon-filled synthetic web media that combines coconut shell activated carbon with polyester fibers in a synthetic matrix. Known for its high porosity, coconut carbon enhances pollutant capture. Designed with a particulate layer for enhanced odor control and moderate particle filtration, the CarbonWeb® Medium Duty filter is ideal for environments with everyday air quality challenges. This design is constructed with 323 grams of carbon per square meter. The 21BDJ6 features a 1" deep V-style configuration to increase surface area and filtration efficiency. UL Classified and rated for temperatures up to 140° F. Ideal for use in airports, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, greenhouses, sports arenas, offices, and restaurants.
