- The 37WCA2 is a 15" x 18" 1 sided yellow caution print universal hazmat absorbent pad that is used to absorb most oils, acids, bases, water-based liquids, and other unknown solvents to prevent slips and falls from leaks and spills. The safety yellow color code allows for easy identification (warning of a hazardous liquid spill) and the "caution print" provides added visual prominence. These safety absorbent pads are nearly lint-free and have a durable 1-sided spunbond cover stock. The strong spunbond layers are abrasion-resistant, which make the pads suitable for high foot traffic areas. Spunbond sorbent pads are applicable for various types of facilities, from hospitals/healthcare facilities to factories and schools. (Bundled 100 pads per case)

Material:
Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures. The Cary Company has an assortment of polypropylene plastics available for purchase, such as plastic caps and jars, which have a higher tolerance for chemical products. Discover if Polypropylene is appropriate for hot fill application by learning more about What Is Hot Fill Packaging and how it applies to Polypropylene containers.
