The Bottle-Matic® 16 single label applicator enables the user to label all kinds of cylindrical objects by simply inserting the container. Once the object is inserted, the label is applied at over 4.5" per second. The Bottle-Matic 16 can label products at speeds of 1200 Pieces an hour! Label widths for the Bottle-Matic 16 can be between 2" & 15" wide.

    The Bottle-Matic® 16 single label applicator enables the user to label all kinds of cylindrical objects by simply inserting the container. Once the object is inserted, the label is applied at over 4.5" per second. The Bottle-Matic 16 can label products at speeds of 1200 Pieces an hour! Label widths for the Bottle-Matic 16 can be between 2" & 15" wide.

    Optional Add-Ons:

    • Waste Rewinder: This automatically rewinds the waste paper that is produced after labeling your product. Without this attached the waste paper would simple fall over the back of the machine and into a waste bin.
    • Automatic Bottle Dectector: This allows you to just insert your bottle and the labeler automatically activates. Foot switch is still included, but not needed!
    • Counter: The counter allows you to see how many applications that have been applied.

    Requirements

    • Must be on 3" core
    • Must have approximately an 1/8" gap between labels
    • Must be in copy position 3 or 4 - Copy position 3 is recommended
    • Maximum roll diameter 9"
    • Label must be 2 Mil or thicker
    • Length of label must be over 1"
    • Label widths can be between 2" & 15" wide.

    Can use this labeler to apply transparent labels and what is the maximum label height that can be used?
    Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, this labeler can be used to apply transparent labels. However, the labels must be at least 2 mils thick. The maximum label height that will fit in this labeling machine is 15". Thank you for choosing The Cary Company.

    What is the upper weight limit can this unit handle?
    Thank you for your inquiry. This label machine does not have a weight limit. It can handle cans with a 6" diameter that is filled. The roll of labels can be up to 9" in diameter, and up to 14" wide. Thank you for choosing The Cary Company!
