The straight walls and wide mouth opening also allow for easy filling. This cap has debossed pictorial directions on the top surface of the cap and a F-217® liner, compatible with many substances and great for general lining applications.

This polypropylene (PP) cap features debossed pictorial directions on the top surface of the cap, ideal for storing potentially harmful substances. This cap is Certified CR via Title 16 part 1700. F-217® liners are compatible with many substances and are great for general lining applications.

High density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE works well in below freezing temperatures.
