57WFN2 is a 2 gallon (8L) natural high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic F-style bottle with a 38 mm (38-400) neck finish. F-style bottles are known for storing solvents such as cleaning and automotive chemicals, but they can also be used to store bulk liquids in other industries such as food or beverage. This jug is made from a copolymer HDPE which is impact and chemical resistant. As it has a rectangular base and body, this bottle is space efficient and can be stored and shipped easily. The handle at the top allows for easy handling, and the 38mm neck finish makes pouring convenient. As it is natural in color, product will be visible through the bottle, and there is a label panel designated for your label.

Material:

High-Density Polyethylene PlasticHigh density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE plastic has moderate heat tolerance, with a melting point ranging from 120°F-180°F depending on the product and application. Testing is recommended. HDPE also generally works well in below freezing temperatures.
