Specifications
This 2" green NPT threaded bung plug is made of durable polyethylene (PE). This four-prong, tamper evident plug was developed to remain attached to lid without having to remove the plug for manual venting of IBC tote contents. This plug also features an ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) gasket that is compatible with a wide range of chemical products. EPDM can also withstand higher temperatures, and has excellent resistance to heat, UV, aging and harsh weather conditions.

Material:

Polyethylene (PE) is the most commonly produced and used plastic polymer in the world. PE has good chemical resistance and is typically translucent and waxy in nature. We have various products made of polyethylene, from buttress screw caps with Flexspout to spill decks. PE bottles have a maximum hot fill temperature of 120°F.
