200 Micron Fine EZ-Strainer™ Insert for 5 Gallon Pails

The 77W25S 200 Micron (.007850") Fine EZ-Strainer™ is a seamless, straight-sided strainer designed to fit a 5-gallon pail. This insert is vacuum-formed from FDA Compliant high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The 77W25S has a contoured lip that snaps over the pail's top bead. The bottom is sealed with an fine/200-micron mesh (Polyester).

EZ-Strainer inserts are ideal for removing debris from inks, paints, coatings, silicones, adhesives, etc. Great tool for cleaning parts over a pail, while capturing cleaning solution below.

Once the EZ-Strainer insert is in place, simply pour your product through the strainer and into your container. The unwanted particles are caught in the strainer, while your product flows into the drum or pail. The EZ-Strainer insert can be used with or without a liner inside the drum or pail.
