- This 20mm white smooth disc top cap has a .270" x .110" orifice and a valve seal. This cap opens with light pressure to easily dispense product. Disc top caps also securely close to avoid spills and product waste. Smooth sides create a sleek profile, perfect for elegant packaging. This dispensing cap is well-suited for health and beauty products like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, baby products, and more. Valve seals are also known as crab claw seals and are named for their shape. This seal features a thin, flexible seal that compresses against the top sealing surface of the bottle during capping operation. The seal acts like a gasket or liner when engaged and is considered a universal seal. As valve seals require compression they are best used with continuous thread (CT) closures.

Material:
Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.
