This is a 20" x 20" CarbonWeb® filter with a MERV 13 rating. 21BEA8 can remove a variety of odors including cooking smells, pet odors, sewer gases, and asphalt fumes. It effectively traps airborne particles including pollen, dust, lint, mold, pet dander, and more. It is constructed with a highly activated fine mesh carbon within a synthetic web matrix, and features 200 grams of carbon per square meter. This disposable air filter is appropriate for temperatures up to 140° F. MERV 13 rated filters are typically recommended for use in airports, healthcare facilities, greenhouses, sports venues, offices, and restaurants.
