- 67WD13 is a 24mm black polypropylene (PP) disc top cap. Disc top caps are ideal for dispensing health and beauty products like shampoo, conditioner, and lotion as well as industrial liquids. This dispensing cap is made of tough, chemical-resistant polypropylene to endure frequent usage with a wide variety of products. Simply apply light pressure to open the cap for easy, one-handed use. This cap also features smooth sides for a sleek, elegant profile. Valve seals are also known as crab claw seals and are named for their shape. This seal features a thin, flexible seal that compresses against the top sealing surface of the bottle during capping operation. The seal acts like a gasket or liner when engaged and is considered a universal seal. As valve seals require compression they are best used with continuous thread (CT) closures.

Material:
Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.
