67WD25 is a 24mm natural polypropylene (PP) disc top cap. Disc top caps are ideal for dispensing health and beauty items like shampoo and conditioner as well as industrial liquids. This plastic cap opens easily by applying light pressure to the top, making it perfect for one-handed use. The cap is made from tough polypropylene for good chemical resistance. It features smooth sides for a sleek profile, perfect for packaging beauty products.

- 67WD25 is a 24mm natural polypropylene (PP) disc top cap. Disc top caps are ideal for dispensing health and beauty items like shampoo and conditioner as well as industrial liquids. This plastic cap opens easily by applying light pressure to the top, making it perfect for one-handed use. The cap is made from tough polypropylene for good chemical resistance. It features smooth sides for a sleek profile, perfect for packaging beauty products. Valve seals are also known as crab claw seals and are named for their shape. This seal features a thin, flexible seal that compresses against the top sealing surface of the bottle during capping operation. The seal acts like a gasket or liner when engaged and is considered a universal seal. As valve seals require compression they are best used with continuous thread (CT) closures.

Material:
Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.
