Disc top caps open easily with light pressure for easy, one-handed product dispensing. These plastic caps also snap shut securely to prevent spills and product loss. The wide orifice makes this cap perfect for dispensing body care items like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, baby products, and more. These caps are also suitable to dispense various industrial liquids. PP is a tough plastic with good chemical resistance, meaning this cap will stay looking new even after multiple uses. Valve seals are also known as crab claw seals and are named for their shape. This seal features a thin, flexible seal that compresses against the top sealing surface of the bottle during capping operation. The seal acts like a gasket or liner when engaged and is considered a universal seal. As valve seals require compression they are best used with continuous thread (CT) closures.

Material:
Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.
