67WD02 is a 24mm white polypropylene (PP) disc top cap with a .312"x.110" orifice. This dispensing cap is commonly used with health and beauty products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, baby products and more. Disc top caps open with a simple snap to easily dispense product and close easily and securely to avoid spills and product loss.

- 67WD02 is a 24mm white polypropylene (PP) disc top cap with a .312"x.110" orifice. This dispensing cap is commonly used with health and beauty products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, baby products and more. Disc top caps open with a simple snap to easily dispense product and close easily and securely to avoid spills and product loss. The plastic cap features a tough and chemical resistant polypropylene construction for a long product life. Valve seals are also known as crab claw seals and are named for their shape. This seal features a thin, flexible seal that compresses against the top sealing surface of the bottle during capping operation. The seal acts like a gasket or liner when engaged and is considered a universal seal. As valve seals require compression they are best used with continuous thread (CT) closures.

Material:
Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.
