This black ribbed sided cap with heat induction liner for PET/PVC features a 28mm (28-400) neck finish. This continuous thread closure is made of polypropylene. It has a .020" Pulp SG-90 liner, which is a two-piece tamper-indicating white-lined pulp backed heat induction foil innerseal. The ribbed-sided design on the cap allows for ease of use when removing the lid and the closure's threading provides a tight seal. The cap's smooth top makes it suitable for embossing/debossing or decorating.

Material:

Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.
