3/4" Rieke Safeseal® Plastic Capseal w/Galvanized Steel Ring (for Visegrip & Poly-Visegrip)

The 26WSS1 is a 3/4" (20mm) Rieke Safeseal (Hex-Head) white low-density polyethylene (LDPE) plastic capseal with galvanized steel ring for Rieke Visegrip® and Poly-Visegrip® drum plugs. This cap seal can be applied with a standard Rieke Visegrip crimping tool for 2" cap seals. Cap seals provide extra protection from any tampering, contamination, or damage to the product. These capseals are available for printing. Please ask your sales rep for more details.

*Designed for use on Hex-Head Rieke® Visegrip® and Poly-Visegrip® drum plugs. (Not designed for Visegrip II plugs)

What are the Rieke Capseals made of?

There are three types of Rieke Capseals that we offer: Metal, Plastic and All-Plastic, which does not include any metal parts.

How are Rieke Capseals applied?

Rieke Capseals can be applied to steel drums and some poly drums using crimping tools (Metal and Plastic) and by hand (All-Plastic).

What are Rieke Capseals used for?

Rieke Capseals are ideal for drums and add extra protection against leaks, spills, contamination and more for the product inside.

What are the different versions of Rieke Capseals?

We offer eight different Rieke Capseal models, including the VISEGRIP, VISEGRIP II and SAFESEAL options. They are named after the drum plugs that they are compatible with. Other Capseals that we offer include the POLY-VISEGRIP, the Snapseal and more.

What Rieke Capseal sizes do you offer?

We offer Rieke Capseals in 2" and 3/4". These are considered industry standard with drums.

Are Rieke Capseals universal with drum plugs?

No, the Rieke Capseals are not universal. For example, the VISEGRIP model can only fit with the VISEGRIP drum plug.
