21WOL2 is a size #2 polypropylene (PP) oil log. Oil logs help extend the life of your bag by pulling out trace oil in your filtration system. This oil log is made of 100% polypropylene, which allows the log to absorb 5 times its weight in oil. The oil log is constructed of a spunbound jacket filled with POMF fiberfill. The shredded fibers act like a magnet for oil while maintaining a size small enough to fit in a size 2 filter bag. Oil logs pull more oil than a standard nominal bag can.

Material:

Polypropylene PlasticPolypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 165°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.
