3,000 Gallon Black HDPE Vertical Water Storage Tank, 102" x 93"
This is a 3,000 gallon black HDPE vertical water storage tank. Vertical tanks are used in a variety of water storage applications including rainwater collection, well water storage, fire suppression, and bulk water delivery storage. This plastic vertical storage tank is constructed with rotationally molded polyethylene resin. Its seamless construction makes it durable and resistant to cracks, chips, and ruptures. The poly tank is made with FDA Compliant resin that complies with FDA standards 21 CFR 177.1520 (1) 3.1 and 3.2 for use in food grade and potable water storage. It's made with UV inhibitors that help protect liquid contents from direct sunlight for both indoor and outdoor use. The dark plastic limits light penetration which reduces the growth of water-borne algae.

Material:
High density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE works well in below freezing temperatures. HDPE heat compatibility varies. Maximum fill temperature is generally around 145°F; however, testing is recommended with your specific product and application.Disclaimer:
