The 26WR3N is a reconditioned 330 gallon IBC with a 2" NPT valve. Also known as an intermediate bulk container or tote, this industrial container holds the same capacity as six 55-gallon drums in less space and features a standard 2" NPT (National Pipe Thread) valve. Camlock is usually used for quick connects (like hoses), while NPT is for threaded connections. The 26WR3N has three components: a reconditioned bottle, a reconditioned cage, and a reconditioned steel pallet. The 26WR3N features a 6" top screw cap with a 2" solid NPT bung in the middle, and EPDM gaskets.
**Reconditioned bottles are not recommended for food applications.

Material:

High-Density Polyethylene PlasticHigh density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE works well in below freezing temperatures. HDPE heat compatibility varies. Maximum fill temperature is generally around 145°F; however, testing is recommended with your specific product and application.

Are these IBCs safe to store water?
Thank you for your question. Yes, this reconditioned IBC is safe to store water. However, because it is reconditioned, we do not know what chemicals were stored in this tote prior to the reconditioning process. Therefore, we do not recommend storing drinking water in this container. We do offer some FDA approved IBC totes that can be used to store drinking water, such as 330 Gallon IBC Tote, New, UN Rated, 2" NPT Valve, Composite Pallet, Part #26WN3N. and 330 Gallon IBC Tote, New, UN Rated, 2" Camlock Valve, Composite Pallet, Part #26WN3C. Are these totes stackable (2 high when filled)?

According to the specification sheet on the product page (if you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll see a link to a document that has the product's specifications or click here), this IBC tote has a dynamic load limit (when filled) of 2 units high. Can these containers store gasoline and fuel?
We cannot confirm that this IBC can safely store diesel and gasoline for extended periods. We do offer Type I and Type II metal and poly safety cans that are specifically designed to store flammable liquids (like gasoline). These cans provide the proper ventilation for flammables and are made to withstand the corrosive effects of these liquids.
