This 36" L x 48" W corrugated layer pad features double-wall 275#DW/ECT-48 construction for extra stacking strength. Made to provide cushioning and to distribute weight loads, this shock-absorbing pad can be used for separating pallet layers or cut to fit for use as an envelope stiffener to prevent certificates and other important documents from creasing. These pads can also be used vertically between breakable items as an extra layer of cushioning or on top of loads to protect products from collecting dirt and dust.

Material:

Corrugated Cardboard is typically comprised of a fluted or zig-zag paperboard layer sandwiched between two stiff boxboard layers. Used in the manufacture of shipping cartons, corrugated material offers increased reinforcement to protect box contents from damage. Corrugated cardboard material is offered in single-face and single-wall configurations. For added strength, double- and triple-wall configurations are available. The fluted layer can also vary according to flute depth and number of flutes per foot.
