Foamseal PS-21 Pressure Sensitive Liner Composition
The Foamseal PS-21 Pressure Sensitive Liner is an extruded foam polystyrene liner is made with an EVA-based pressure sensitive (PS) adhesive coating on the back. This liner is designed to be used as an innerseal to seal solid products, such as dry foods and pharmaceuticals. A seal is developed at room temperature conditions by pressure only.Material Standard Metric Release Coating - - Foamseal .021" .533mm PS Adhesive .0001" .0025mm 
Material:
Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.
