4 oz. White PP Plastic Jar, Double Wall, Straight Sided, 70mm 70-400
Primarily used to package cosmetic, personal care and pharmaceutical products, this 4 fl. oz. white polypropylene (PP) plastic double wall jar features straight sides and a 70-400 neck finish. This jar features a square bottom with a 90 degree edge where the bottom of the jar meets the side wall. The square bottom provides a straight profile in comparison to rounded bottom jars. This jar features a "jar within a jar" construction that allows smaller quantities of a product to be stored in larger jars for retail impact. Caps sit flush to the outside of the jar for a sophisticated packaging option.

Material:
Polypropylene (PP) is a tough plastic that has excellent chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color. Some examples of common products made with PP are dairy and medication containers. Polypropylene is suitable for hot fill applications of up to 205°F and is therefore great for autoclaving. Distortion occurs between 240° to 270° F. It is not recommended for cold or sub-freezing temperatures.
