This 48" L x 24" W x 28" H heavy-duty gaylord container offers triple-wall construction that incorporates three layers of corrugated fluting sandwiched between four sheets of fiberboard. Durable, reusable and recyclable, these cartons can accommodate higher weight loads, as compared to comparably sized single- and double-wall gaylord containers. Pair this container with its matching 49-1/4" Lx 24-1/4 x 4" H corrugated lid to create the perfect package for your application. Ideal as a master pack for smaller cartons or to protect large, odd-shaped items, such as machinery or exercise equipment, these boxes are also useful in manufacturing environments to ship and store dry materials such as cloth, plastic pellets, corn, flour and more.

Material:

Corrugated Cardboard is typically comprised of a fluted or zig-zag paperboard layer sandwiched between two stiff boxboard layers. Used in the manufacture of shipping cartons, corrugated material offers increased reinforcement to protect box contents from damage. Corrugated cardboard material is offered in single-face and single-wall configurations. For added strength, double- and triple-wall configurations are available. The fluted layer can also vary according to flute depth and number of flutes per foot.
