This 49-1/4" L x 24-1/4 W x 4" H carton lid is designed for 48" L x 24" W heavy duty, triple-wall corrugated gaylord boxes. This lid is made of durable 275#/ECT-44 corrugated material, which is 40 percent stronger than standard corrugated material. This cover helps consolidate multi-piece items as well as irregularly shaped equipment, such as exercise equipment or machinery. Ideal for both shipping and storage purposes, these reusable and recyclable lids offer an economical alternative to plastic or metal container and lid combinations.
Container is not included with this lid. Containers are sold separately.

Material:

Corrugated Cardboard is typically comprised of a fluted or zig-zag paperboard layer sandwiched between two stiff boxboard layers. Used in the manufacture of shipping cartons, corrugated material offers increased reinforcement to protect box contents from damage. Corrugated cardboard material is offered in single-face and single-wall configurations. For added strength, double- and triple-wall configurations are available. The fluted layer can also vary according to flute depth and number of flutes per foot.
