Screen print your logo and graphics on these 5 gallon HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) plastic round pails (90 mil wall thickness) with a metal handle and plastic grip. They have strong reinforcing ribs for strength and a space-saving, tapered design allows pails to nest. These pails include a child warning label printed in the same color as your graphics on the outside.

5 gallon open head plastic pail tough enough to store hardware supplies and secure enough to protect contents. Strong reinforcing ribs guarantee that it will keep its shape. This durable round commercial grade container can be used to safely store or ship products. Container and cover can be hot filled up to 180°F, steam sterilized and frozen. Features a tapered design which allows empty buckets to nest for storage and separate easily, while pails with lids are stackable.

Material:

High-Density Polyethylene PlasticHigh density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE works well in below freezing temperatures. HDPE heat compatibility varies. Maximum fill temperature is generally around 171°F; however, testing is recommended with your specific product and application.

Yes, you can use a pail heater with this pail. However, be sure the heater can be used on a plastic pail and find out what temperature the pail can withstand before applying the heater.
How many cubic feet in a 5 gallon pail?
The simple conversion of measurement of 5 gallons is 0.803 cubic feet. However, this is for the nominal capacity of the pail. The actual (overflow) capacity of a pail can vary from model to model. To calculate the full volume in cubic feet, for cylinder pails, you need to multiply π (3.14) x the pail radius (in feet) x the pail height (in feet). To calculate the volume for square pails, multiply the pail's length x width x height (in feet).
