A flat lid dust cover is a full-coverage waste receptacle lid that will keep bugs and other pests out while containing odor and hiding the contents of the trash bin out of view. This low-profile trash or recycling can unit also includes a heavy-duty black liner for easy waste removal. The recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) construction allows the receptacle to be eco-friendly, durable and heavy-duty. The slatted sides offer a classic aesthetic and deter vandalism. As there are no metal parts, the trash or recycling receptacle is chip, peel and rust resistant.

Material:

High density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE works well in below freezing temperatures. HDPE heat compatibility varies. Maximum fill temperature is generally around 171°F; however, testing is recommended with your specific product and application.
