This 55-gallon full-coverage drum heater for steel drums is designed to wrap around a drum and heat the contents while insulating to keep the heat exactly where it needs to be. Full-Coverage drum heaters combine the convenience of quick heat-up time and the precision of a digital controller to provide you with the most practical, efficient means of freeze protection, viscosity control, and maintenance of materials at elevated temperatures.
*If drum diameter is greater than 22.3", an optional expansion strip may be required.

What are the heating times from room temperature to 150° F? 50 gallons? Is there a chart for heating times available?

According to our vendor, the heating times would depend on several factors including the drum contents being heated, whether the container is single- or double-walled, and whether the contents are being heated indoors or outdoors (also assuming an average room temperature of 72° F).
