55 Gallon Drum Mixer, 1/2 HP Air Gear Drive, Clamp Mount, 34" Shaft, 0-650 RPM (Series 4)

This is a Series 4 c-clamp mount 1/2 HP air gear drive mixer with a .63" Dia. x 34" L mixing shaft. This economy mixer has dual 6" mixing blades with a 0-650 mixer shaft RPM. The measured blade length is the blade's diameter when extended during operation. Adjustable c-clamp mixers clamp to the walls of open top 55 gallon drums and tanks to allow for positioning of the mixer shaft.

Gear drive mixers have relatively large mixing blades with the ability to mix thicker fluids compared to direct drive mixers. The gear drive creates additional torque as it incorporates a gear reducer. This portable c-clamp mount mixer features a pneumatic/air motor that comes with a control valve and muffler. Air motors are variable speed so that you can control the rotation of the shaft. Air powered motors are also safe as they are explosion-proof and will not burn out or overheat for a customizable agitator for your mixing needs.

This economy agitator has various industrial applications including mixing paints, inks, various compounds and more. Coupling, shaft and mixing impellers are made with stainless steel.
