- This is an air motor drum pump with a 1.5" Dia. x 40" L USDA approved 316 stainless steel tube and a max flow of 16.0 gpm and max viscosity of 2000 cps. This 55 gallon drum pump is suitable for semi-viscous liquids at temperatures up to 200° F. The max specific gravity of this drum pump is 1.80. The smaller tube diameter can fit smaller bung openings. This drum pump is ideal for sanitary and pure applications with the ability to handle many flammables, corrosives, etc.
The air motor is non-electric and thus has a reduced possibility of explosion from igniting flammable material or combustibles during use allowing the motor to be a safer alternative than standard electric motors. Drum pumps are ergonomic as they can eliminate the need to lift containers during liquid transfer. The stainless steel tube is 40" for use with 55 gallon drums and other similar-sized containers. The discharge connection is a 1" hose barb. This sealed drum pump is a USDA sanitary construction making it ideal for pure applications.Key benefits:
