This 555 gallon stainless steel jacketed IBC tank is primarily used in the fruit prep and brewery industries, though it also serves the chemical sector. It includes a jacket (double stainless steel wall) for temperature control with glycol, steam, or water. The welds, finish, and discharge are all 100% EU food-grade certified. With 1-bar (15 PSI) pressure, it helps maintain aseptic conditions and supports pressure-assisted emptying. For stability, its adjustable front feet allow for leveling on sloped flooring.

Material:

Stainless steel 304 (SS304) has excellent corrosion resistance and weldability. SS304 has an oxidation resistance of 1600°F for intermittent service and 1690°F for continuous service.
