This is a 6.75 ounce (200 ml) clear jar made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic. The jar has a straight profile and a wide mouth opening that will easily work with measuring spoons. It has a 53mm neck width and is great for fresh or dried spices, herbs and seasonings. This PET jar is both lightweight and impact resistant for a long shelf life. The bottle does not include a cap or liner.

Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET or PETE) is a clear material that has good impact strength, excellent chemical resistance and a high scratch resistance level. PET is known for being strong and lightweight. Our clear packer bottles can withstand high impact for short periods of time and can be widely found in the pharmaceutical sector. Polyethylene terephthalate is also commonly used in food and beverage bottles. PET can handle cold temperatures at about -40°F and is not suitable for hot fill applications. Distortion occurs between 140° to 150° F.
