This Polar® PB1802 65 gallon insulated bin with drain. This insulated bin features 2-inch fork pockets for use with forklifts and low-profile pallet jacks. This durable High density polyethylene (HDPE) insulated box prevents ice from prematurely melting, keeping the fish or other contents inside at peak freshness. PB1802 works great as an insulated fish box and is also suitable for recreational hunting and food distribution applications. Polar® insulated fishing boxes feature Wall-Lock technology that connects the inner and outer walls of the fish box to prevent delamination. This technology provides superior structural integrity over traditional fish boxes, resulting in a better performing and longer lasting product.

Material:

High-Density Polyethylene PlasticHigh density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE works well in below freezing temperatures. HDPE heat compatibility varies. Maximum fill temperature is generally around 171°F; however, testing is recommended with your specific product and application.
