FerMonster™ 7 Gallon Wide Mouth PET Plastic Carboy
Leave behind those traditional carboys for the FerMonster™ 7 Gallon (26.5 liter) Wide Mouth PET Plastic Carboy, which has a wide 4” mouth, a punted base, and clear, smooth walls. It is made of a thick polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic material that is impermeable to oxygen and great for keeping your beer and wine tasting the way it should. This lightweight PET carboy is ideal for primary and secondary fermentation. Carboys should not be filled or cleaned with liquids over 127°F (53°C).
Includes a lid with a hole that will take our #10 stopper.

Material:
Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET or PETE) is a clear material that has good impact strength, excellent chemical resistance and a high scratch resistance level. PET is known for being strong and lightweight. Our clear packer bottles can withstand high impact for short periods of time and can be widely found in the pharmaceutical sector. Polyethylene terephthalate is also commonly used in food and beverage bottles. PET can handle cold temperatures at about -40°F and is not suitable for hot fill applications. Fill temperature should not exceed 176°F.
