The 30W69K is a 70mm (70-400) black electrolytic tinplate (tin-coated steel) cap with a plastisol liner. This closure is typically used on glass bottles, jars, and jugs. This continuous threaded (CT) cap has a black exterior with a white interior and white knurled edge. Plastisol is a common liner that is used for applications such as food canning and vacuum packing, because it provides a hermetic seal (or airtight seal). It is recommended for high-temperature applications (the container must be able to withstand high temperatures as well).
