This 8 fl. oz. 28 mm 28-400 white HDPE (high-density polyethylene) plastic ready-to-use (RTU) spray bottle has been fluorinated at level 5 treatment level. Fluorination prevents container paneling and distortion and reduces chemical permeation, weight loss, odor emission and flavor or fragrance loss. The triangular neck makes gripping easy when spraying and the bottle's flat body and rectangular base makes it space efficient for shipping and shelving. This 8 oz. ready to use bottle is commonly used for packaging household detergents and cleaners, automotive care, chemical, and industrial applications.

This bottle has been fluorinated at a level 5 treatment level. The process exposes the surfaces of plastics and other materials to elemental fluorine under strictly controlled conditions of time, temperature, and pressure. Hydrogen atoms on the exposed surfaces are replaced with fluorine atoms, creating a permanent fluorocarbon barrier on all exposed surfaces. Additional fluorinated levels also available. Please note testing needs to be done to determine proper fluorination level.
