This 8 fl. oz. natural high-density polyethylene (HDPE) cylinder plastic bottle has been fluorinated at level 5 treatment level. Fluorination prevents container paneling and distortion and reduces chemical permeation, weight loss, odor emission and flavor or fragrance loss. This plastic cylinder bottle has a square shoulder and a flat base. Its straight and simple profile makes it a standard choice for packaging liquid products in many industries. This 8 fl. oz. natural high-density polyethylene (HDPE) cylinder plastic bottle has been fluorinated at level 5 treatment level. Fluorination prevents container paneling and distortion and reduces chemical permeation, weight loss, odor emission and flavor or fragrance loss. The process exposes the surfaces of plastics and other materials to elemental fluorine under strictly controlled conditions of time, temperature, and pressure. Hydrogen atoms on the exposed surfaces are replaced with fluorine atoms, creating a permanent fluorocarbon barrier on all exposed surfaces. Additional fluorinated levels also available. Please note testing needs to be done to determine proper fluorination level. This plastic cylinder bottle has a square shoulder and a flat base. The container's straight and simple profile makes it a standard choice for packaging liquid products in many industries. Material:

High-Density Polyethylene PlasticHigh density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE plastic has moderate heat tolerance, with a melting point ranging from 120°F-180°F depending on the product and application. Testing is recommended. HDPE also generally works well in below freezing temperatures.

Yes, this container is made of high density polyethylene (HDPE), which offers good impact resistance as well as chemical and temperature resistance.
